How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Since the mats are handmade, we require around 8-12 working days for production. Once dispatched, your order will be delivered in 5 working days via DHL. 

How do I change my shipping address?

You can contact us via Email, Messenger or Live Chat to update your shipping address.

How do I track the status of my order?

You will receive your tracking number via SMS and email, once your order is dispatched.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to all countries covered by DHL.

Will my items come in one package?

Each package contains one set. Even you have ordered more than one sets, they will be dispatched at the same time but in separate packages. 

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

Since the mats are custom made, they can only be returned or refunded if there is a fitting or quality issue that can be verified by a video or images.

I received the wrong item

If you received a wrong item, please let us know along with the images of the mats you receive and we will send you a new set ASAP.

My order arrived damaged

If your package is damaged during transit, we are liable to send you a new set.
